this is the fourth in a series of ambient mixes for Autumn & Winter. these tracks are lightly edited rips from old tapes and alternate mixes of old, unpublished projects. most of these tracks shared space with a lot of similar material that was published; the Isolation Beat tracks are of course a follow up to the first Isolation Beat, published in 2018, which is included in the mix. both "1982" and "Through The Water" were composed of samples of some orchestra on a tape that was recorded on my birth year. while the concept for sleep-accompaniment may be a little strayed in this fourth mix, making these collections are allowing for some much needed organizing of thoughts and creations and are acting as a gateway for publishing material i might have otherwise sat on indefinitely. named "Isolations" for a variety of reasons.. a nod to the pandemic, my already hermetic lifestyle, and just literally isolating audio tracks on a multi-track tape recorder. that's about it, this one's kind of a weird one, but i hope you dig it.
